My laptop which is running windows xp got infected with spyware which directs all my search results with google and other sites, so i downloaded Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and it doesn’t open (i presume to do with the spyware) and i also downloaded SuperAnti-Spyware which when i try to run an error message appears, I have seen several attempts to get rid of the spyware failed so am wondering if anyone can help?

yeah i dont know what type of spyware it is…all i know is it claimed to be published by windows and got on my computer when someone who was on an infected computer sent me (well the spyware caused it to automatically send) this message: hey, i found you: [some linke that i cant remember her]…and the link was ended by my e-mail address….and yeah…idk
