Thanks for looking first of all,

My laptop got infected with spyware which directs all my search results with google and other sites, so i downloaded Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and it doesn’t open (i presume to do with the spyware) and i also downloaded SuperAnti-Spyware which when i try to run an error message appears, I have seen several attempts to get rid of the spyware failed so am wondering if anyone can help?

What will get rid of spyware? And how can i prevent it from happening again?
